Stockport Pride 2024
Stockport was our first Pride of 2024 and the whole event was great. Huge thanks to all our dancers and members in the audience. An AMAZING crowd and brilliant experience for the club. Many thanks to the organisers of Stockport Pride – it was a wonderful success.

Outdoor Dancing May 2024
Wow! What a scorcher. Thanks to everyone who came and danced or watched on our first outdoor session of the year. The support today was fabulous. Big shout out to Ian and Dave at The REM Bar for hosting us.

We were egg-static at Tuesday’s Easter Social! Great food at the Jacob’s Table; lots of socializing; prizes won; some dancing and Week 2 teach of Texas Hold ‘Em.

AGM 2024
Huge thanks to Sam for coming along to our AGM/Pink Social last Tuesday to explain the great work done by the LGBT Foundation here in Manchester. It’s our great pleasure, on behalf of the entire Prairie Dog membership, to donate £400 to the charity to promote women’s causes.

Manchester Pride Hoodies
Our new hoodies were put to good use last week as we braved the cold for some line dancing. Huge thanks to #ManchesterPride for supplying the funds to kit out the MPD membership. There are still a few more to collect and it’s a good job they’ve got hoods for a damp & chilly Burns…

Thanks for coming to our Christmas Social this evening! A delicious spread was provided by all and well done to all the raffle prize winners! Non-Stop Night Nov 2023
Well done to our 34 dancers who attempted 37 dances in 121 minutes. And huge thanks to DJ Chris for putting the tracklist together – 13 old dances were swapped for 15 new ones compared to the last time we did a non-stop night. A great warm-up for a cold autumnal night.
